computer looks very nice, but i think you are pricing it WAY to high, for example i am selling a motherboard that is 1 gen newer than yours and it cost about 75k if i remember correct when i bought it, selling it for 25k now and getting offers for 15k on it, seen 8700k go here for about 20k too, we are at 11th gen now
